Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley, Jr. announced to the arrest of Manuel Lema, 55, who is facing three felony counts of third-degree criminal mischief dating back to an alleged incident last month.

According to the Sheriff, on April 26, a Philipstown business owner contacted his office to report that three of his trucks had been damaged. Investigation into the incident determined that Lema allegedly slashed the tires, causing more than $1,200 in damage to each of the trucks as part of an ongoing feud.

Following arraignment on the felony charges, Lema was released on his own recognizance and issued a ticket to appear in the Philipstown Town Justice Court later this month to answer the charges.
